Recipe For Sauteed Spinach
Sauteed Spinach
one pound fresh spinach
1 tablespoons olive oil
two tablespoons white wine or cooking sherry
one/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Wash and dry spinach. Cook spinach in olive oil in massive skillet over
high heat. Stir constantly until wilted. Add wine and cook till
liquid is gone. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
